Our latest multi-unit project boasts private hangar buildings of various sizes, all complete with plumbing, LED lighting, insulation to R-29, and high efficiency forced air heat.
Options for 50 x 50, 55 x 50,
44 x 34, and 60 x 50 hangar sizes, bathrooms, showers, rear automobile garage doors, kitchenettes, and lofts are available with our various standard units.

HG Hangar One builds state-of-the-art, high efficiency and high grade aircraft hangars at the Colorado Air and Space Port. Our modular sites are crafted with multiple buildings and have forty-year land leases that offer two five-year renewal options.
